Step by Step Military-Style Decontamination for Mold & Chemicals (Civilian Edition)

ree

Protocols for the Brain-Fogged

Step 1. Strip at the Threshold

  • Outside clothes off before entering the safe zone.

  • Bag contaminated clothing immediately. Keep it outside or double bagged.

  • Do not “set it down for just a minute.” That’s how safe zones die.

Step 2. Segregate

  • Keep “clean” and “dirty” zones separate — like radioactive fallout, once it crosses the line, it’s in.

  • Packages, bags, food, and mail? They stay outside until decontaminated.

  • If you’re not sure which side something belongs to, assume dirty.

Step 3. Decon the Body

  • Shower immediately after exposures. Full rinse: hair, skin, nails.

  • Use decon foam or neutralizing cleanser if water makes your skin burn.

  • Don’t skip because you’re tired. Fight the urge to say “just this once…”

Step 4. Decon Belongings

  • Spray, wipe, or wash everything before it enters clean space.

  • Shoes, bags, packages: neutralize outside the door.

  • Laundry: treat every load as contaminated until proven otherwise. Wash with real decon solutions, not perfumed soap.

Step 5. Flush the Air

  • Cross-ventilate if outside air is safer than inside.

  • Use HEPA or carbon filters when possible.

  • Never assume the air “looks fine.” Fallout is invisible.

Step 6. Binders & Support * Consult with your health practitioner

  • Take binders (charcoal, pectin/alginate, clay, etc.) as your internal mop.

  • Replace minerals stripped by toxins: magnesium, zinc, potassium, trace minerals.

  • Support detox pathways daily so your body doesn’t drown in its own backlog.

Step 7. Discipline Saves

  • When in doubt, decon.

  • When you think, “just this once…”, decon.

  • Protocols are not optional until you’re out of danger — same as radiation or nerve gas.

Remember: Mold toxins are neurotoxic

. The damage comes from tiny doses repeated endlessly. Your immune system doesn’t care about excuses. The only way to survive is to keep clean zones clean, your body decontaminated, and your routines unbroken.
